When should I service my KIA, after a certain time or distance?
It’s a common question we receive here at Brisbane Kia service department. Each models service schedule specifies a time OR speedometer reading for performing periodic maintenance.
If you find the elapsed distance is not covered in the time specified, it is still imperative to have your vehicle serviced and maintained. Why? Simply because some Kia service related items have a limited service life expectancy. In other words it’s more likely without following this service maintenance strategy that your Kia may result in reduced durability and may also affect your warranty coverage on some components.
As each Kia has different service requirements we recommend you should always refer to the Owner’s Manual supplied with your new Kia. In some cases, additional supplementary servicing may be required to correctly maintain your vehicle. Kia Brisbane Supplementary services
